Athaal is a Saudi angel investment group. We invest in early-stage startups in Saudi Arabia and across the MEA region. Athaal's pre-selected potential investees that meet the Athaal investment criteria. While angels make their own investment decisions, Athaal facilitates due diligence for opportunities that receive interest from investors, negotiates terms and finalizes deal closing. Post-investment, Athaal also provide portfolio management services for its investors. Angels invest their personal money in return for a minority equity stake in the startup, and collectively make investments per startup.
